- Guitar Amps
Peavey Electronics brings together power, tone, attitude and now great new effects in the TransTube 258 EFX. Is it a beginner's amp, a backstage amp or a studio amp? It's all the above. First of all, players can program three presets consisting of a clean or dirty channel with simultaneous modulation effect, reverb and delay - meaning that you could have one channel clean with a rotating speaker, reverb and delay, one channel dirty with touch wha and delay, and one channel dirty with an octaver. Effects include: flanger, delay, octaver, touch wha, reverb, rotating speaker, chorus, phaser and tremolo. The combinations are endless with this compact, portable, and well-priced amplifier. In addition to the variety of effects, the TransTube 258 EFX also has new style switches that control five different amp sounds. We know that guitarists like amplifiers to have more flexibility than a single amp tone. The selections include clean choices: vintage and modern, and lead channel choices: high-gain, boost and ultra.

2002 is Marshall Amplifications 40th Anniversary and it sees us launching two complete ranges of new amplifiers - plus an incredible Limited Edition Signature Model.
- Guitar Amps
The main characteristic that these amps share is their simplicity of operation and superb natural valve tone. Achieving the beautifully organic and vibrant overdrive, which is their trademark, can only be done in one way - crank 'em up! The result is pure, majestic tone uncluttered by unnecessary circuitry. With solos this produces a big, round, warm, sustain, full of classic character. With chord work you get a bark and percussive attack with a natural sounding break up, which allows each note to ring out in a glorious musical crunch.
- Bass Amps
When it comes to designing and producing valve amplification, nobody does it better than Marshall. Hence the logical extension of the Marshall range of valve products to include a high-powered, professional valve rigs for the bass player. Valves bring with them a unique tone, feel and response and these attributes are just as attractive to bassists as they are to guitarists. The warm, deep tone of our VBA bass rig, not only expands and enhances the sound of your bass in the live situation; it also adds a unique, 3-D quality to recordings.

From The Shadows to Lawrence Welk, The Beatles to U2, VOX is the "voice" of generations of musicians worldwide.
